Which rows should appear in a complete single-implant quote?
For one replacement tooth, look for the implant fixture and placement, abutment and final implant crown. Examination, imaging, extraction, grafting, sedation, a temporary tooth and other services may be included, unnecessary or separately billed.
Where do the calculator amounts come from?
Only from you. Tooth Compass supplies no default treatment amounts. Copy each figure from a current written proposal and use the same billing unit in both quote columns.
Does this calculator adjust the price for my city?
No. Tooth Compass does not have an observed city-level provider-price dataset and does not apply a geographic multiplier. FAIR Health Consumer offers a separate claims-based lookup for a geographic-area benchmark.
Should I add every possible service?
No. Enter an examination, scan, extraction, graft or other fee only when it appears in the proposed treatment scope. A licensed dentist determines which services are appropriate after an examination.
How should I enter insurance?
Enter only a contribution shown in a current written plan estimate. Coverage estimates can change when a claim is processed, so the result is still a planning scenario rather than a guaranteed patient balance.
Do the linked sources supply the numbers in this worksheet?
No. FAIR Health, FDA and ADA resources provide independent benchmarking, implant-device context or insurance context. The worksheet contains only values the user enters from written proposals.
